About Me

I've lived in North Alabama my whole life. I'm originally from Huntsville, but in August 2017, I moved to Florence to attend UNA.

 

Writing and art has always been an important part of my personal and academic life, but I felt a stronger passion for literature and creative writing. While I pursue writing as a career, I didn't give up art altogether as my minor is in art history.

During my time here, I've comfortably settled into the wonderful Florence and UNA communities. At this point, Florence feels more like home than my actual hometown, Huntsville. During my time at UNA, I was a member of the Honors College, Honors Student Organization, and the UNA swim club. I also volunteer at the Florence-Lauderdale Animal Shelter.

For fun I love to hike, explore, shop, hang with friends, and do anything artsy such as painting, photography, and crafts.
